About Me.
I'm a Health & Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience helping women navigate midlife with more strength, energy, and confidence.
My training includes NASM personal training, ACE group fitness, Pilates, and spinning, along with holistic health and wellness coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I bring it all together so you get support for your whole self, not just your workouts.
I'm also a former Marine, a military spouse, and a mom of four. Years of moving and starting over taught me to adapt, which is how I coach: we start where you are and build a plan that fits your life.
I believe health should support your life — not take it over.
My Approach? The Whole Person
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Your body, your hormones, your history, and your life are different from anyone else's, so your plan should be too. I look at the whole picture, not just the workout.
Strength and movement
Building muscle supports your balance, bones, energy, and confidence. I focus on strength, balance, and functional movement that helps you do what you love, and I adapt it as your body changes through perimenopause and menopause.
Nourishment, not restriction
Food should fuel you, not feel like a battle. I focus on real, satisfying meals, enough protein, and habits you can keep, without extremes or guilt. What works for your body may look different from what works for your friend's.
Stress and rest
Stress, sleep, and recovery affect your hormones, your energy, and your results just as much as exercise does. Rest isn't lazy. It's part of the plan. I help women build in simple ways to slow down and recharge.
Honoring your individuality
There's no perfect formula. Your energy, preferences, family, schedule, and stage of life all matter. We start where you are and build something that fits your life, not the other way around.
Small, steady steps
Consistency beats extremes every time. When movement, nourishment, and rest work together, change lasts without burnout or starting over.
Have a question, or want to talk about where to start? I'd love to hear from you.
