About Me.
I believe health should support your life — not take it over.
I’m a Health & Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience helping women navigate midlife with more strength, energy, and confidence.
My work is grounded in the understanding that our bodies change as we age — and our approach to health should change with them. The strategies that worked earlier in life don’t always apply anymore. That’s not failure; it’s information.
As a woman over 50 myself, I understand firsthand the shifts that come with this stage of life — from changes in energy and recovery to muscle, weight, and hormones. My coaching focuses on working with your body, not against it, using realistic fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance that supports long-term well-being.
My foundation in discipline and physical training began early, when I joined the United States Marine Corps after high school. That experience shaped my respect for strength, resilience, and consistency — values that still guide my work today, paired with a much more balanced and sustainable approach.
I don’t believe in extremes, restriction, or burnout. I believe in thoughtful guidance, trust in your body, and building habits that actually last.
If you’re looking for support that’s steady, realistic, and grounded in experience, you’re in the right place.
